Arizona Lottery Announces New All or Nothing(TM) Draw Game

Match All or Match Nothing for a Chance to Win $25,000 Twice Daily, Monday Through Saturday

PHOENIX, AZ–(Marketwired – May 14, 2014) – The Arizona Lottery announces its newest draw game, All or Nothing, which launches May 18 with a chance to win $25,000 by matching all or matching none of the drawn numbers.

All or Nothing is the first Arizona Lottery game offering players the chance to win twice daily, Monday through Saturday, with drawings at approximately 10:30 a.m. and 6:59 p.m. Players have the option of manually picking ten numbers between 1 and 20 or choosing a computer-generated Quick Pick ® . Players who match all or none of the selected numbers win the top prize of $25,000. There are eight ways to win, with other prizes ranging from $2 to $250. Tickets cost $2 each.

The Arizona Lottery will be hosting a special launch event Monday, May 19, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Phoenix and Tucson Lottery offices. Players will receive one free All or Nothing ticket with the purchase of two All or Nothing tickets.

The Arizona Lottery street team will be at the Phoenix office with a “Spin-to-Win” promotion and scheduled appearances by Diamondbacks’ mascot Baxter from 11 to 11:30 a.m. and Phoenix Mercury’s mascot Scorch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Players also will have the chance to win one of three “Ultimate Sports Packages” consisting of Diamondbacks- or Mercury-autographed memorabilia and more.

All or Nothing is the Arizona Lottery’s first game to draw twice in one day, which is in direct response to our players’ requests for more ways to win,” said Karen Bach, director of budget, products and communications for the Arizona Lottery. “We are thrilled to launch All or Nothing and expect it to be extremely popular with our players.”

About Arizona All or Nothing

Arizona All or Nothing is a 10/20 lotto game that started on May 19, 2014. This game is similar to the Georgia, Texas, and Iowa/Minnesota All or Nothing 12/24 games, except the pool and pick-size is smaller, making it much easier to win. The jackpot is lower as a result.

To play Arizona All or Nothing, choose 10 numbers from 1-20. Tickets are $2 each. Drawings are held two times a day. The odds of winning All or Nothing are 1 in 184,756. There is a $25,000 jackpot prize for matching all 10 winning numbers or for matching zero numbers.

Arizona All or Nothing is a tough game to strategize for because it draws TWO times a day. That means you have to be very quick. You will only have a few hours between drawings to update your lotto history, create the charts to pick the best numbers, and go buy your tickets! That doesn’t leave much time, but it is possible to improve the odds if you are ready!

Thirty-six percent of all the winning numbers drawn in Arizona All or Nothing are numbers that won in the last drawing.

WHEN TO PLAY A LONG SHOT NUMBER

Since 50 percent of all All or Nothing numbers are drawn each game and there are so few numbers to pick from, you don’t see many long skip periods between wins. When you see a number out more than about 8 drawings, by all means play it. Probability is on your side.

GET THE ODD/EVEN ADVANTAGE

You should have a relatively equal mix of odd and even numbers. More than half of all the drawings have a relatively even spread of 4 Odd/6 Even, 5 Odd/5 Even or 6 Odd/4 Even. There has never been a drawing in All or Nothing in which all Odd or all Even numbers occurred.
